Crane 2 at Fremantle c1905 with an old MRWCo N class as a match truck (blown up from State Library of WA 010138PD)

Steam Crane 2 was built for the WAGR by Cowans, Sheldon (2057 of 1896). It was ordered on 5 March 1896 and delivered on 22 September. The photo shows it to have acquired a roof not shown on the drawing below. It was noted as being at Bunbury in 1903, Midland Workshops in 1924 and Midland Junction Loco in 1935. Whilst at Bunbury, Septembr 1903,  it was involved in a serious accident  reported in the Bunbury Herald. I have no details of its disposal.
