Class SA bogie sheep wagons

It was 1968 before any bogie sheep trucks were built to a post-war standard design. Even then only ten of the 42'-0" long SA class were built (23691-23700). They were effectively a double length CXB.

Disposal of these wagons was as follows:

1979 23696 to QV13319
1983 23691, 23694, 23699 written off
1986 23692, 23695, 23700 to JS
1987 23697 to QK
1989 23693, 23698 to QK
