Two standard gauge cement wagons (WNC 31181 and 31182) were built in 1978. As usual with the W.A.G.R. they could not make their minds up how to classify cement wagons and although these were an obvious derivative of the WN, two other cement tankers were class WK and a class in the same group might have been expected. Both were still listed as class WNC in June 2010.
