Two WGX class wagons (30050, 30100) were converted to WQX in 1969 by fitting an adjustable bulkhead at one end and a fixed bulkhead at the other for the carriage of "Pyneboard". In 1979 33100 was reclassified WFEX followed by 33050 in 1981. At some point (after 1981?) the movable bulkheads were fixed. By the time the bottom photo was taken they had been removed from 33050 at least. By 2010 33050 was listed as a AZEY departmental wagon whilst 33100 was the unique AQEX container flat.
