The second class to use the JY designation were a group of six 8400 gallon tankers built by Tomlinsons for ESSO. The first five (321-5) were built in 1965 and they were followed by number 326 in 1972. In 1986 they were all sold to BP. The diagram for this class and the AMPOL JID class appear to be almost identical apart from a small difference in capacity. The WAGR outline diagram is shown below.
