In 1984 class JOC was created by using JOA class tanks mounted on VD and VF class van chassis. The wagons involved were VD23072, 23095 and 23153 with tanks from JOA 1229, 4019, 10376, 40404, 378 and 11305 and VF 23245, 23246 and 23296 with tanks from JOA 739, 855, 10071, 12087, 841 and 1129. In 1992 JOC23095 was written off followed by the rest of the class in 1993.
