The WAGR never had consistent way of classifying cement wagons, whether on the narrow gauge (classes MC, RBC, QCC, XR) or standard gauge.  The standard gauge wagons were a missed opportunity. There were two classes, firstly in 1970 there were the two WK class wagons, followed in 1978 by the two WNC class.
