A new WSP was created from WQCX 30373 in 1986. WSP 30373V was a waste liquid and sand wagon that had a workshops built sand container and a JJ tank and underframe welded to the deck for the waste liquid. Referred to by staff as the "sludge tanker" or "sputnik".
